Pre-order terms

These terms apply to every item we sell as a pre-order, including the Dream Car Humidifier. Where they differ from our general refund policy or shipping policy, these terms apply to your pre-order item.

1. What a pre-order is

A pre-order reserves your item in our next production batch. It is not on a shelf yet: it is made and checked in that batch, then shipped to you with tracking.

2. Payment

You pay the full price, including any bundle discount, when you place your pre-order. There is no second charge.

3. Delivery time

Pre-orders ship with tracking about 3–5 weeks after you order and arrive 4–6 weeks after you order. The product page shows estimated dates based on the day you order. Shipping to the United States is free.

We email your tracking link the moment your order ships.

4. If your batch runs late

If we cannot ship within the window shown when you ordered, we email you before that window ends with a new estimated date. You choose: wait for the new date, or cancel for a full refund.

5. Cancelling

You can cancel a pre-order any time before it ships for a full refund. Email help@decshop.us with your order number. For pre-order items this replaces the 2-hour cancellation window in our general refund policy. Once your order has shipped, the return terms below apply.

6. Returns after delivery

Changed your mind: return it within 30 days of delivery, unused and in its original packaging, for a refund of the full price you paid. Email us first and we send you the return address. Return postage on a change-of-mind return is yours.
Damaged, faulty or wrong item: send us one photo within 30 days of delivery and we send a free replacement or refund you, your choice. No return needed.

7. Refund timing

We send approved refunds within 2 business days. Your bank then usually takes 5–10 business days to show the money back on your card.

8. Bundle discounts

Bundle savings (15% off two humidifiers, 25% off three or more) are applied automatically in your cart and at checkout. If you cancel or return part of a bundle, we refund the price you paid for that item after the discount.

9. Product images

Product images are studio renders of each design. Your item matches the model and finish you choose; small details, proportions and effects such as the mist can vary slightly.
