These terms govern your use of decshop.us and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order you accept them. Please read them — they're short.

1. Who can order
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. By ordering you confirm the payment method is yours, or that you have permission to use it.
2. Our products
We sell pet costumes and novelty pet accessories. Colours can look slightly different between screens, and listed measurements are approximate and taken by hand.
Our products are costumes, not safety equipment. They are for supervised, short-term wear only. Never leave an animal unattended while it is wearing one. Remove it if the animal shows distress. You are responsible for your pet's welfare and comfort at all times.
3. Prices and orders
Prices are in US dollars and can change at any time before you order. We work hard to keep the site accurate, but if a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, or turns out to be unavailable, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. We'll email you if that happens.
Your order is an offer to buy. Our acceptance happens when we dispatch it.
4. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
5. Shipping and risk
Orders ship from Shenzhen, China to the United States. See our Shipping Policy. Delivery windows are estimates. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

7. Our content
Everything on this site — text, photographs, graphics and layout — belongs to us or is licensed to us. Please don't reproduce it commercially without asking.
8. Acceptable use
Don't use this site to break the law, scrape it at scale, attempt to compromise its security, or place fraudulent orders. We may refuse or cancel any order we reasonably believe to be fraudulent, and we may refuse service to anyone.
9. Disclaimer
The site and our products are provided "as is". We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
