What we collect

When you order: your name, email address, shipping address, phone number if you provide one, and your order details. Your card goes straight to our payment processor — we never see or store the full number.

When you browse: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring site, and cookie identifiers.

When you contact us: whatever you write, so that we can answer you.

Cookies and advertising

  • Meta — advertising measurement, as described above
  • Our email provider — to send order and tracking emails

Because our fulfilment partner is in China and our company is in the United Kingdom, your order details are transferred outside the United States. We only share what is needed to deliver your order, and we require our partners to protect it.

We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

Order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require, generally 7 years. Marketing data until you ask us to delete it.

Wherever you live, you can email help@decshop.us and ask us to:

  • tell you what we hold about you
  • correct it
  • delete it
  • stop using it for marketing

If you are in California, the United Kingdom or the EU, you have these rights by law — including the right not to be treated differently for exercising them. We respond within 30 days.
